BerstraOS is the private business management system of BERSTRA PTY LTD in Brisbane, Australia. It brings jobs, invoices, payments, timesheets and assets together in one place.

It is used internally by the business. There is no public sign-up, and accounts are created by the operator.

Jobs & scheduling

Track every job from booking to payment, with Google Calendar showing the schedule.

Invoices & remittances

Generate invoices and remittance advice as PDFs and email them to customers, workers and suppliers.

Finance

Income, expenses, receivables and payables in one ledger, with GST and tax notes.

Timesheets & resources

Hours, wages, vehicles and assets kept alongside the jobs they belong to.

Google integration

Users can optionally connect a Google account. Google Calendar is used to view and schedule jobs. Gmail is connected with the send-only permission (gmail.send): when a user reviews an invoice or remittance advice and presses Send, BerstraOS sends that email from their Gmail account. BerstraOS never reads the user's inbox, and Google user data is not sold or used for advertising.
